The first royal wedding of the United Kingdom was in 1053, Prince William I to Matilda of Flanders at the Cathedral Of Notre Damed 'Eu. There’s been centuries of crowning, marital unions and children literally born and fed with silver spoons as Princes and Princesses. The first black Queen of Great Britain and Ireland wife of King George III was Queen Sophia Charlotte. This royal union produced 15 children. On May 19, 2018, Queen Elizabeth II attended the wedding of her grandson, Prince Harry (Henry Charles Albert David) and Black American beauty Rachel Meghan Markle (by royal standards a commoner). Royal weddings are of major interest to people all over the world, the majesty of real life fairy tales is the allure. Every little girl dreams of the splendor…the life of a Princess and in this case to grow up and marry a Prince. Meghan Markle relinquished her career as an actress for love and holy matrimony. Prince Harry is now His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex and Meghan is now making history as the first ever Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex. Their titles, bestowed upon them by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth III. Congratulations to the Royal Couple may your love reign supreme and true, as did your predecessors!
